Jean-Philippe co-founded Reach Capital in 2015. He has 15 years of private markets fundraising experience.

He is a former Partner of Paris-based PE firm Idinvest Partners, where, as a member of the investment committees (PE funds, co-investments, secondary, mezzanine), he spent 8 years with both responsibilities in LBO, growth equity, VC, and credit fund investments, and overseas fundraising. Jean-Philippe sat on the advisory board of several European funds.

Prior to Idinvest, he was also a part of Global Private Equity, managing fundraising mandates for international alternative investments funds managers. He started his career with Siparex.

Jean-Philippe graduated from Neoma Business School, HEC Montreal and Mc Gill University. He speaks French, English, Spanish and German.
At minus 25 or plus 25 degrees celsius, and whenever he can, he loves tinkering the Canadian family chalet.

William co-founded Reach Capital in 2015. He has over 12 years of private markets fundraising experience.

Prior to this, he worked with Luc at Global Private Equity, a Paris-based Private Equity placement advisor where he was responsible for fundraising assignments for international Private Equity and Infrastructure managers.

He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from INSEEC, Paris and was a long-term intern in an M&A boutique based in Paris.
William is a CAIA charter holder and former President of France Invest Avenir (French PE Association).

He loves travelling especially to South America and tries his best to break 90 when he golfs.

William has over 10 years of private markets fundraising experience. At Reach Capital, William is involved in the execution of fundraising mandates and secondary transactions related to PE funds and GP restructuring.

For these transactions he covers LPs in France, Switzerland and Benelux.

Prior to Reach Capital, William was an Associate at S.O. Capital Advice from 2012 to 2017, an private assets advisory boutique based in Paris. He was involved in fundraising and secondary mandates for French and European private equity and private debt funds.

William holds a master degree in corporate finance from ESG and a BA in business from Warwick University.

When not eating Smørrebrød in Denmark, William enjoys playing tennis and swimming. 

Stephanie Prelle has over 15 years of fundraising experience. Through the cooperation between Reach Capital and Sierra Capital, Stephanie covers LPs in the DACH region.

After her education in mathe­matics in Ger­many and the US, she started her career in the struc­turing team within the invest­ment bank Credit Suisse in London.

This was followed by roles in the institu­tional client cover­age teams at Credit Suisse and later Deutsche Bank in London. During this time, she was respon­sible for the cover­age on complex deriva­tive and strate­gic invest­ment solu­tions to hedge funds and asset mana­gers in the US and the UK, as well as pen­sion funds and insu­rance com­pa­nies in the US, UK and the Nordics.

In 2013 Stephanie moved to Germany to develop the Equity and Liquid Alter­native Solu­tions busi­ness with insti­tutio­nal clients for Deutsche Bank in Germany. Since 2016 she held the role of Head of Equity Solu­tions for Germany and Austria.

In 2018 Stephanie left Deutsche Bank to set up the placement agent Sierra Capital and which then partnered with Reach Capital in 2022 to cooperate on Private Markets offering in the DACH region.

Stephanie holds a Master’s de­gree in Financial Mathe­matics from Stanford University, Cali­fornia, USA and a Diplom in Financial and Eco­nomic Mathe­ma­tics from Tech­nische Uni­ver­sität München in Germany.

Xavier leads Reach Capital’s secondary advisory division.
He brings 10+ years of experience in the European mid-market, having advised on the full range of liquidity solutions for GPs and LPs. Xavier joined Reach Capital from Moelis & Company, where he was an Executive Director advising exclusively on GP-led transactions. He was previously at Rede Partners and UBS.
Xavier holds a Masters in Law from the University of Cambridge.
In his spare time, Xavier does a lot of exercise. Running after a toddler counts as cardio right??

At Reach Capital, Alexander is the Nordic Coverage Lead, drawing upon his +10 years of fundraising and distribution experience. Prior to joining Reach Capital, he worked at abrdn and Danske Bank, covering most of the Nordic region. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.
Apart from entertaining his two children, Alexander enjoys a “relaxing” round of golf in the summer months and is a movie enthusiast – and the worst question to ask is “what is your favorite movie?”

Emmet leads Reach Capital’s distribution efforts in the UK. Emmet has over 12 years of fundraising and distribution experience.
Prior to this, Emmet worked alongside and built relationships with some of the UK’s largest and most sophisticated institutional investors during his years at BlackRock, GAM, Federated Hermes and TD.
Emmet holds the LPC from The University of Law and the IMC from CFA UK.
Emmet has had a passion for sports all his life and is currently competing in extreme obstacle races around Europe.

At Reach Capital, Hadrien is involved in the execution of secondary transactions, both LP-led and GP-led.

Prior to joining Reach Capital, he worked as a long-term intern within the Investor Relations team of Idinvest Partners (Eurazeo). Traveling between France and Germany, Hadrien has also held various positions within the Banking & Finance Industry notably at Société Générale Investment Banking.

Hadrien graduated with a Master of Finance from Audencia Business School specializing in Corporate Finance and Private Markets.

Adept of working out and meditating, Hadrien enjoys trading his daily suit for a pair of running shoes to be fully charged for the challenges ahead.

At Reach Capital, Paul-Edouard is leading our Private Wealth Solution practice.
Paul-Edouard has over 10 years experience in structuring specialised investment vehicles, and has supervised the raising of more than €1bn in funds for non-professional investors across firms such as Peqan, NextStage AM, and Novaxia.
Paul-Édouard is also passionate about theater, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), and the Alsace region.

At Reach Capital, Laure is in charge of Project Management for fundraising and advisory assignements.

Prior to Reach Capital, Laure worked at BNP Paribas as a Consultant on Compliance and Regulatory topics related to IT tools. Prior to this, she worked as a long-term intern at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a New York-based manager providing flexible capital solutions to mid-market companies, and at Partners Group within the Investment Solutions team.

Laure graduated from EDHEC Business School with a MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking and a Master’s degree in Management

At Reach Capital, Adrien is part of our distribution team covering LPs across Europe and North America.
Prior to Reach Capital, Adrien was part of the investor relations team at Anaxago, a french investment boutique. He was involved in fundraising for private equity real estate and venture capital funds and also has experience of the direct secondary market for VC backed companies.
Adrien graduated from Kedge Business School with a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and holds a Bachelor in business from the University of the West of Scotland.
Adept to the french west coast, you can find Adrien spending time surfing or wakeboarding.

At Reach Capital, Louis is part of our distribution team covering LPs across Europe and North America.
Louis has over three years of fundraising experience. Prior to joining Reach Capital, he worked at Athos Partners, a Monaco-based Private Equity placement advisor where he was responsible for fundraising assignments for European Private Equity fund managers. He started his career in Equity Capital Markets advisory at EuroLand Corporate.
Louis holds a Master’s degree in Finance from emlyon business school, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Neoma Business School and the University of Manitoba.
When not arguing that the Mont-Saint-Michel belongs to Normandy, Louis enjoys travelling, playing tennis and practicing his photography skills.

At Reach Capital, Victor is part of the Project Management team taking care of fundraising, advisory and sourcing assignments.

Before joining Reach Capital, Victor worked as a Product Specialist within CA Indosuez Wealth Management Private Equity team in Luxembourg.

Victor graduated from EDHEC Business School with a Master’s degree in Management.

During his free-time, Victor enjoys playing Golf and is always ready for a running session.

At Reach Capital, Florian is a member of the Project Management team overseeing fundraising, advisory and sourcing assignments.
Before joining Reach Capital, Florian held several positions within HSBC in Paris, from a Leveraged Finance role where he structured complex buyout transactions to being a Global Relationship Manager taking care of the financing needs of Real Estate private equity funds.
Florian holds an Advanced Master’s in Financial Techniques from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Engineering from HEI.
When not behind the stove cooking a delicious meal to share with his friends and family, he loves diving amidst underwater wildlife.

At Reach Capital, Pauline is part of the Project Management team taking care of fundraising, sourcing, advisory & liquidity solution assignments.
Prior to joining Reach Capital, Pauline worked as a fundraising analyst covering MENA & SEA’s regions at Ardian.
She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Sydney.
She loves Arts, culture and anything that encourages collaboration and creativity.

Julie has joined Reach Capital as an intern in the Private Wealth Solutions team.
Her internship is part of her gap year at emlyon business school, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in management. She is going back to her school next fall to study for a master’s degree in research in economics and finance.
Although she is an unconditional fan of Charles Leclerc and Formula 1, she loves handball above all else, a sport she played at the highest level and with the French junior team.

At Reach Capital, Mehdi is part of the Project Management team taking care of fundraising and advisory assignments.
Prior to joining Reach Capital, Mehdi worked as an intern consultant within the Banking & Financial Industry at Fincley Conuslting, a strategy consulting firm specialized in financial services.
Mehdi graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics & Economy from University Paris-Dauphine and is currently graduating with a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale Lyon.
He loves playing football at every occasion remembering his good days competing at a regional level in Morocco.

Luc co-founded Reach Capital in 2015.
He has a 30-year Banking industry experience.
At Reach Capital, Luc is involved in the execution of fundraising mandates and covers LPs in the GCC

Most recently, he worked as a Partner at Global Private Equity and was responsible of fundraising assignments focusing on Middle East investors based.
Previously Managing Director of National Bank of Qatar, France. Started his career with Banque Indosuez, which then seconded him to Al Saudi Al Fransi in Saudi Arabia.
Lecturer at the Paris Law University Faco. Lecturer and former Board Member of IRIS (Institut de Relations Internationales et Strategiques).

Graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and Master Public Law from the University of Paris Panthéon – Sorbonne.
Luc was awarded the prestigious Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur by the French state in 2013.

When he is not in the GCC region with a client, Luc writes novels and articles, and plays with his 15 grand-kids in South Italy.

Patricia acts as a Senior Advisor on advisory mandates at Reach Capital.
Patricia has over 25 years of private markets investment experience in direct, fund investment and secondaries.

Before advising Reach Capital, Patricia was Senior Investment Director in charge of sourcing and monitoring fund relationships in the small cap, special situation and impact investing spaces within the French fund of funds Bpifrance (€6.5bn invested over the last 5 years in over 150 GPs). She was previously heading the global PE allocation of Caisse des Dépôts Group and gained secondary experience before that with Fondinvest Capital. She served as an advisory board member on a number of French and international private equity funds.

Patricia graduated from Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris.
